Taekwondo

Our kids and adult Taekwondo program is designed to help both kids and adults to achieve athletic/fitness goals. It is a blend between a more traditional Taekwondo as well as modern sport Taekwondo. We are also official USA Taekwondo registered club.

As part of traditional program our students learn traditional Taekwondo values of respect, leadership, discipline and relentless commitment to the continuous growth and improvement. Our program also combines Hapkido elements of self-defense, teaching rudimentary joint locks and other escapes.

Our weekly program is uniquely structured into two days of learning and one day of sparring practice, where students can test their new techniques live in a safe and friendly environment.

Taekwondo classes schedule:

Monday: 5:00pm to 6pm (kids ages 5-10) and 6:00pm to 7:00pm (teens ages 11 & up)

Wednesday: 5:00pm to 6pm (kids ages 5-10) and 6:00pm to 7:00pm (teens ages 11 & up)

Friday: 5:00pm to 6:00pm (kids ages 5-10) and 6:00pm to 7:00pm (teens ages 11 & up)

Class duration 1 hour.

Taekwondo classes are based on a monthly membership fee
