Get in shape while having fun. Our Zumba fitness program will help you dance your way to a healthier you. With an eclectic mix of music, heart pumping movements, and strength training, you will have an rewarding workout while having fun.
We always incorporate strength, cardio, stretch, mobility training in every class. Toning and shaping the body with various of exercises.
Class Schedule:
Monday: 7:30pm to 8:30pm ( Total body)
Tuesday: 7:30pm to 8:30pm (Zumba)
Wednesday: 7:30pm to 8:30pm (Total body)
Thursday: 7:30pm to 8:30pm (Kickboxing)
Friday: 7:00pm to 8pm (Kickboxing)
Saturday: 12:15pm to 1:15pm (Zumba/Total body)
Sunday: 12:00pm to 1:00pm (Stretching)
Class fee $25 pay as you go.
Class packages is also available. Purchase 10 classes for $230 ($20 savings)
Class duration 1 hour.
Private classes are available upon request and instructor’s availability.
